What happens when you make a request
- You choose your concern and the channel (email, phone or video) as well as a time slot.
- FinanceRock GmbH gets in touch through exactly this channel and no other.
- We do not pass your details on to anyone. No insurer receives your address from us unless you expressly want it to.
The request form will follow with the switching centre. You always see the results in the premium calculator without giving contact details.
Please do not send health information
Do not send us diagnoses, treatments or other health data. We do not need them for a comparison. If a supplementary insurer asks for them, you answer directly with the insurer.
Not a health insurer’s customer service
We are not a health insurer. For invoices, benefits or your policy, please contact your health insurer. You can find their contact details in the relevant profile, starting from the directory of health insurers.
